New Customers

Soon and without further notice new purchases of Standard Self Supporting licenses will be discontinued.
Single Use Voice Service has been discontinued for end users. New customers who wish to use Plexis POS will
need to sign up for a Month-to-Month no hidden fees Service Plan. This will include Plexis POS Software,
Voice Service, Email Support and Unlimited Free Software Updates and Upgrades.

Existing Customers without a current voice Service Plan

Services for Standard Self Supporting license holders will be discontinued.
Single Use Voice Service has been discontinued for end users.
You may continue to use your Plexis POS software under your existing license.
No further action on your part will be required, however existing customers who
wish to Access Voice Service, Email Support or obtain Program Updates and Upgrades
will need to Convert to a Month-to-Month no hidden fees Service Plan.
Upon conversion your existing self supporting license will be canceled and replaced
with a new Month-to-Month fully featured support plan. This process is not reversible.
Your new Service Plan will include Plexis POS Software, Voice Service, Email Support and
Unlimited Free Software Updates and Upgrades.

Existing Customers with a current voice Service Plan

Nothing changes, your existing Plexis POS software will continue to operate as it does now.
No further action on your part will be required. All services including Plexis POS Software,
Voice Service, Email Support and unlimited Free Software Updates and Upgrades are active on
your existing Service Plan as long as it remains current and in good standing.

As a company Plexis Software wishes to provide all of our customers top level software support.
Our highly qualified software support technicians are US based and available during our normal
business hours.

In order to attract and retain the best talent possible to support your installed software a more
predictable revenue stream is required. When you subscribe to a Service Plan we can more accurately
predict the level of support technicians that will be required to assist customers when needed.

Most of the software industry has begun or already shifted to the Software as a Service (SAAS) model as
we have done.

The benefits for subscribing to our support services are tremendous. We include Plexis POS software,
integrated Credit / Debit and EBT pin pad terminal software, Voice Service and Email support all at no
additional charge.

This small monthly fee is an incredible value for a crucial software tool that your business relies on
every single day.
