OUR 30 DAY END USER RETURN POLICY
If you have not yet requested a Plexis POS Activation key and it has been 30 days or less
from the date that you placed your order you may ask that your payment be refunded in full
and your account canceled. Upon account cancellation we will promptly refund any payment for
the Plexis POS license via the payment method you used when the order was placed.
It is important to us that you are happy with your decision and we will do everything possible to assist you in accomplishing your goal.
We are not able to process refunds after you have requested a
Software Activation Key or after 30 days from your original order date.
Reseller, ISO, VAR Multi-Location discounted products are not eligible for
refunds, partial refunds or returns.
All Sales final on discounted products, no returns, no refunds.
There are no refunds on Software Upgrades, Data Transfer Services or Voice Support.
