UPDATE AND UPGRADE FAQ

You can update or Upgrade your Plexis software Free of Charge within the First Year of your initial purchase.
After one year an upgrade license will need to be purchased should you wish to update or upgrade.
Updating is optional and you do not need to pay any yearly fees to continue using your current version.

There is no discount currently offered for an update, upgrade or major version release.

There is no discount currently offered for upgrading from a Single Station License to a
Multi-Station Network License.

Update / Upgrade Policy:
1. If your existing Plexis Software version is more than one year old you may need to purchase an upgrade license.
2. Contact us by eMail to verify your license status prior to installing an update or upgrade.
3. Updates are provided as a courtesy service to Plexis customers, install and use at your own risk.
4. Updating or Upgrading does not include any free technical support.
5. Backup your system prior to installing any updates or upgrades.
6. Perform updates and upgrades during our normal business hours in case of difficulty.
