The following procedure might correct the issue but you will LOOSE all Hold orders, Deliveries
and Unposted Sales. Other data loss may occur depending on the severity of your database corruption.
If you want to try and preserve as much data as possible DO NOT use this procedure and call into
voice support for assistance.
If you understand and accept the risks as outlined above, here the steps to take:
1. Restart Plexis POS and log into your Terminal ID.
2. Go to Utilities >> System Maintenance.
3. Go to End User Maintenance >> Clear Temporary Data > Erase.
4. Restart Plexis POS.
